Technical Requirements:

• Supported Operating Systems:
  • Windows XP Pro SP2
  • Windows Server 2003, 2008 Standard Edition
  • Windows Vista with User Access Control (UAC) disabled
  • Windows 7 with User Access Control (UAC) disabled
• Office Software:
  • Microsoft Outlook 2007
  • Lotus Notes Client v7 or v8.5
• Recommended Hardware:
  • Multi-core processor
  • 4GB of RAM per Trident installation
  • A disk controller / firmware / driver combination that supports write-behind caching
  • Hardware assisted virtualization (for virtual environments)
  • All Outlook PST and Notes NSF files must be processed on a local hard drive or a network share.
